1. Seasonal Business

Basant and kite flying are seasonal activities. Our primary sales, bookings, stock reservations and deliveries operate during the limited Basant season.

Due to the short selling period and high seasonal demand, all products are subject to availability and are generally supplied on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Products

Basant Patang Co. aims to sell only products permitted under applicable government rules and Safe Basant requirements.

We do not intentionally sell prohibited metallic wire, chemical-coated string, banned manjha, or other products prohibited by applicable law.

Our kites are primarily handmade paper products. Minor differences in colour, print, finishing, dimensions or design may occur between individual products and should not automatically be considered manufacturing defects.

3. Age Requirement

Customers placing orders through our website or ordering channels must be 18 years of age or older.

Children should participate in kite-related activities only under responsible adult supervision and subject to applicable government regulations.

4. Product Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to stock availability.

During periods of high demand, a product may become unavailable after an order or inquiry has been submitted. Where appropriate, we may offer:

• An alternative product
• A replacement product of comparable value
• A refund of the applicable advance where the unavailable item cannot be supplied

5. Order Acceptance

An order is considered confirmed only after any required advance payment has been received and verified by Basant Patang Co.

Orders may not be changed once they have entered packing, preparation or dispatch.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree not to:

• Use our website or products for unlawful activities
• Request or trade prohibited kite-flying materials
• Misuse our product images, content or branding
• Submit false information while placing an order
• Violate applicable Safe Basant regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, graphics, videos, logos, product descriptions, branding and original promotional material, belongs to Basant Patang Co. or is used with appropriate authorization.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed or commercially used without prior permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Customers are responsible for the lawful, careful and appropriate use of products purchased from Basant Patang Co.

9. Force Majeure

Basant Patang Co. will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an order where circumstances are reasonably outside our control, including government restrictions, road closures, extreme weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, fire or similar events.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute shall be handled subject to the applicable jurisdiction and legal requirements in Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when required due to business, operational or regulatory changes.

Continued use of our website following an update means that the latest published terms will apply.
