We aim to supply products permitted under applicable government regulations and Safe Basant requirements.

We do not intentionally offer prohibited metallic wire, chemical-coated string or other banned dangerous materials.

Customer Responsibility

Safe Kite Flying

Customers should:

• Fly only in locations where kite flying is legally permitted
• Keep away from electrical infrastructure and other hazardous areas
• Follow official Safe Basant SOPs
• Use products responsibly

• Follow applicable road and public-safety measures during Basant

Misuse of Products

Products must not be modified or used in a manner that violates applicable law or creates unnecessary risk to others.

Basant Patang Co. is not responsible for unlawful, negligent or unsafe use of products after purchase, subject to applicable law.
