Due to the seasonal nature of our business and limited inventory, certain orders require advance payment to reserve stock.

Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on availability, we may accept:

• Bank Transfer
• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• Cash on Delivery for selected Lahore orders
• Other payment methods displayed on our website

Bulk Order Minimums & Advance Payment

For applicable bulk bookings:

• A minimum order of 400 kites requires a 25% advance payment to confirm the booking and reserve stock.
• A minimum order of 50 Pina requires a 25% advance payment to confirm the booking and reserve stock.

The remaining payment must be completed according to the terms communicated at the time of order.

Advance Payments

Once an advance has been verified and stock has been specifically reserved for a customer, the advance may be non-refundable where the customer later cancels the confirmed order.

Exceptions may apply where Basant Patang Co. is unable to fulfil the confirmed order.

Payment Verification

Bank transfers and online payments must be successfully verified before eligible orders are dispatched.

Providing a screenshot alone does not necessarily constitute successful payment until the transaction is verified.

Order Changes

Customers should check quantities, products, delivery details and contact information carefully before confirming an order.

Orders generally cannot be modified once packing or dispatch has started.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices and promotional offers may change during the Basant season depending on stock availability, supply conditions and promotional periods.

The price applicable at the time an order is successfully confirmed will normally apply to that order.

Fraudulent Transactions

Basant Patang Co. reserves the right to cancel or place an order on hold where payment information appears fraudulent, incomplete or unverifiable.
